Buster Blaster 25 Soda Blasting Pot |
 The R&D folks at The Soda Works listen carefully to the feedback they receive from their users and potential users in peripheral markets. They realized that there was a need for a smaller Soda Blasting unit than the Buster Blaster 100. As a result they came up with the Buster Blaster 25. The Buster Blaster 25 Soda Blasting pot uses the same, patented technology as the larger models but it can be driven by a smaller air compressor. If you have small, intermittent need for a sodablaster or want to leave your old sand blasting system behind and move into the environmentally friendly world of soda blasting, then the Buster Blaster 25 is a great way to start!
The Buster Blaster Model 25 is designed for small soda blasting projects, small body shops, engine and transmission rebuilders, small mold remediation or fire restoration jobs and hobby projects. At its core is the same self-cleaning venturi that is in the larger Buster Blaster 100 pot. The BB-25 has a holding capacity of 25 pounds of soda and it can be run from many smaller air compressors. It requires a minimum airflow of 17 cfm at 125 psi for a 3/32" tip (#1) and for the larger 1/8" tip (#2), you'll need an airflow of 24 cfm at 125 psi. Also included is an even larger 3/16" tip (#3) which will require 55 cfm at 125 psi.
The Buster Blaster 25 is an easy add-on to our Buster Blaster 100 Mobile unit and users report up to a 75% increase in production by employing a second blast pot on larger jobs.
The Buster Blaster 25 is not designed to be used on compressors with a capacity greater than 125 PSI. If your air compressor is not already so equipped, you will need our new, smaller air cooling/drying package too. |
